The goal of our optometry practice is to provide you with dedicated and friendly eye care services . With that aim in mind, we will cater to all of your vision needs, answer any eye care questions you might have and supply you with the most up-to-date eye health information and fashion eye wear and frames in order to keep your eyes clear and healthy. We are committed to excellence in serving your family's complete eye care needs. 

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 31, 2025 we will no longer be in-network with Caresource. If you choose to book an appointment after January 31, 2025 and you have Caresource insurance you will be responsible for paying the full fee out of pocket. We will continue to be in-network with Buckeye Health and Basic Ohio Medicaid and recommend switching to Buckeye Health if eligible.
